Formulation:

Amoxicillin Trihydrate150 grams, Tylosin Tartrate100 grams, Paracetamol5 grams, Carrier q.s. Ad1,000 grams

Indication:

Treatment of CRD, Pullorum, Coryza, Swollen Head Syndrome, Bumble foot and other bacterial infections caused by organisms sensitive to Amoxicillin and Tylosin.

Dosage and Administration:

Prevention:

Swine, Poultry and Fighting Cocks – 5 g per gallon of drinking water for 3-5 days.

Treatment:

Swine, Poultry and Fighting Cocks – 10 g per gallon of drinking water for 5-7 days.

Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from direct sunlight.
